Bike sizing & fit adjustments

Riding comfortably starts with the right frame size and a sensible setup. We help with sizing for new bikes and position adjustments on the bike you have.

[CONFIRM] We help with sizing and basic position adjustments. Whether we offer full professional bike fits, and which fit system, is being confirmed. Please call before booking a fit.

Sizing a new bike

Frame sizes aren't consistent between brands, so "I ride a 56" is a starting point, not an answer. We look at the frame's stack (how tall the front end is) and reach (how long), compared with your current bike and how you like to ride, then choose the size and the stem and bar that get you into a comfortable position. This is part of buying a Cervélo from us.

Position adjustments on your current bike

  • Saddle height and setback
  • Saddle tilt
  • Stem length and height, and handlebar width and rotation
  • Brake lever and shifter position
  • Cleat setup basics

Signs your position needs work

  • Numb hands or sore wrists
  • Knee pain at the front or back of the knee
  • Lower back or neck pain on longer rides
  • Saddle soreness that doesn't go away

Pain that persists is a reason to see a medical professional too. A good setup helps, but it isn't a diagnosis.
